The Hangzhou Hengda Sponge Co.,Ltd established in stage of the 1999s, located in Fengchuan town Tonglu City,near Fuchun River, close to No.320 National Road and Hangxinjing Highway. Fengchuan town is in Hangzhou City which has a long cultural histoty, very close to Shanghai Harbour and NingboHarbour, so the traffic condition is very convenient.
We have producted the sponge more than ten years and accumulated much experience. The products that we make contain quick and slow response sponge; special soft sponge; bath silk floss; slow resilience ; cutting series and mould shaping series. The products above have had a hot sale in U.S.A, UK, France, Spain, Denmark, Japan, Saudi Arabia and so on, which are used to the top-grade sofa extensiuely, seatpad, ,mattress,pillow,cushion, brassiere, motor clothes, safety clothes, ski clothes, muffler, toy, filter gus mask,etc.
We have integrated the design, development, production and service. Now, we have 100 employees and more than 20 engineering technical staff members, so we can meet various demands of the customers. Also we have two automatic foaming line, two HSBF-11 15A manual foaming machine and six cutting machines of different types, besides the flame-resistant products have passed the tests for technical Bulletin 117 and BS5852,BS7177 and so on.
We always persist in the tenet of "Surviving by quality, developing by service".And we ownered the best credibility by Hangzhou Government last 3 years and ownered AAA grade by bank.
